Loved my stay, it was such GREAT, the service was great. Luxurious room and beautiful bathroom with a hairdryer, a rainfall shower and underfloor heating. Good area, central location near to Franz Josef, shops and restaurants.

Accommodation was spacious and quirky, beds were very comfy. Gorgeous breakfast selection, cereal and muesli. Easy check-in, enthusiastic personnel.

The hotel was appealing and fairly clean inside, I loved it. Staff was sweet there. Separate room, exceptionally comfortable bed and marble bathroom. Location in the middle of the city. The service was exceptional in that venue. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Franz Josef.

The staff was approachable, the bed was good and the food was delicious. Unbeatable location, marvellous view from extremely spacious rooms. The staff did all they can for an very lovely stay. Again, it was relatively close to Our Lady of the Alps Catholic Church and other sights in Franz Josef. I loved the hotel's sports bar.

Totally fine experience. It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel, rooms are great quiet and I loved the bar staff. Central location, within walking distance of Glacier Country Kayaks. Superb service throughout my stay.

Actually everything was fantastic. Amenities and location were really great! Modern private bathroom. If you like the lovely area, then it would be an easy base for you. Also, it had easy access to west coast wildlife centre.
